Time & Materials Consulting: on-site $80 / hr, 1 hour minimum. Covers time spent at client premises, or travel on behalf of client (e.g. for procurement purposes, or between sites for client with multiple locations.

Remote Support: $50 / hr, 1/2 hour minimum, during Techneal Consulting business hours (7am - 7pm PT). Covers time spent accessing client computers, telephone support of client personnel, documentation, research and other client-requested activities from a non-client location.
